About Me

Professionally

I’ve designed for some big names such as Intel and Premiership Rugby, so I’m used to working with tight timeframes and strict brand guidelines.

I believe in sharing skills and knowledge for creative growth, which is why I attend numerous design conferences, workshops, and networking events.

Personally

When choosing someone to work with, I think that it’s important to know more about them than just their professional experience, skills, and accomplishments. So, here’s a little bit about me.

I’m 36, and I live in Cheltenham with my wife and daughter. I enjoy swimming, cycling and running. I like doing things I enjoy to raise money for charity and this year I hope to break two Guinness World Records by riding 100 miles from Twatt to Lands’ End on my penny-farthing. I love VR and hate flying!

Creative Chair

I like to use some of my spare time to work on personal projects. One such project is Creative Chair, which is an ever-growing collection of interviews with some of the world’s most interesting and creative people; people such as:

  • Scott Belsky (Founder of Behance)
  • Fabio Sasso (Senior Google designer)
  • Sir David Attenborough (Broadcaster)
  • Rankin (Prolific photographer)

Sourcing interviewees for The Creative Chair inspires me to innovate and continue to improve.

Design is so much more than a job to me. I hope that it always will be.
